March 7 is confirmed

So for those guys who don't know when the iPad 3 announcement is, it has been confirmed for March the 7th. So as I have mentioned in earlier posts, it will have an A6 processor which now I can be sure it is wrong! Factories producing the logic board have shown that the processor for the iPad 3 is "A5X", in my opinion, a faster and improved version of the A5 dual-core processor. We might be expecting it to be clocked at slightly above 1Ghz for gaming performance. Another rumor that is most probably going to be true is that the iPad is going to support a Retina Display of resolution of 2048x1536, and a similar DPI like the iPhone4/S. Apple might be having a keynote for the iPad launch and I am excited about it.

"OS X 10.8" Is it worth waiting for?

Less than a year after the launch of Mac OS X lion, Apple announced their next operating system, named Mountain Lion. Being the successor to the current Mac OS X Lion, the Mac OS X Mountain Lion will integrate even more functions from the iPad and place it into their new OS. These includes Notification Centre, AirPlay Mirroring, Twitter, and iCloud integration. One cool feature that is available in Mountain Lion is Message, where you can text and send pictures to friends that has an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Message is now available in beta and I will leave the links at the bottom for download. For developers who have signed up for the Mac development team, you will be able to preview Mountain Lion in its beta stage. Apple has made known that it will be released for public during summer, about June to July. So to all Apple fanboys who are keen to get it, it is time to save some money so as to buy the next state-of-the-art operating system!

iPhone 5 to amaze the world

4 months after the launch of the iPhone 4S, many people have been wondering how will the iPhone 5 look like? Rumored to have a 4 inch display, the next generation iPhone will have a brand new design  and awesome looks. With the same A6 processor that is expected on the iPad 3, the iPhone will better support games like Infinity Blade 2 and Real Racing 2 that requires higher processing power. In a nutshell, the response for the iPhone 5 will be better than the current iPhone 4S!

No-CD mod tutorial for CFS3

For all Combat Flight Simulator 3 fans out there, I've just done a video on how to remove the "CD-in-drive" restriction imposed by Microsoft on Youtube. I have found out that it is a hassle to put in the CD2 in the DVD drive during gameplay, so I will show you how to remove this restriction. Connecting your controller to your PC

In this post, I will show you how to download the necessary files to connect your Xbox 360 Wireless Controller to your PC using the Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver. The receiver costs about USD22.39 at Amazon. However, this receiver I got came with the Microsoft VX-6000 Lifecam and similarly, you can use this to connect with your wireless controller. You need to download the the configuration file from Microsoft which I will leave the links down below.

Kameo : Elements of Power

Just got this outdated Xbox 360 game and will be trying out this game tonight. The review on IGN was pretty good so I decided to give this game a try. This is a 2005 game and I did not touch it for ages since I sold off my 2nd generation Xbox.

Xbox 360 Slim 4GB with Kinect Bundle

Quite a few days since I posted my blog post as I was busy unboxing my brand new Xbox 360. Actually it was a lucky draw prize that I have won at Challenger by this company AdvoccEight. I did not really want to do an unboxing video because there are tons of such videos with high quality on Youtube and I did not want to waste much of my time doing that video. However, if I have the time, I would be delighted to do a comparison video with my previous generation 2001 Xbox. The Kinect was pretty amazing and I have yet to try it out. It comes with a few Kinect games which I have yet to try it. Anyway, I will be buying Battlefield 3 Modern Warfare and Forza Motorsport 3 in the future to go along with my machine. However, the 4GB machine requires an external hard drive to run games of previous generations and I am looking for ways to get a new hard drive.

Microsoft Flight (beta)

Microsoft is announcing the beta version of their next version of flight simulator known as Microsoft Flight. From the screen shots, the graphics are more realistic than its previous version of Flight Simulator X. And a good news for gamers is that they are releasing the beta version for the public to download. You just need to have an Xbox Live account and it will be available for your download. I will leave the links down below if you are interested! However, I am not allowed to comment any further about the game due to the regulations implemented by Microsoft. Anyway, enjoy playing your beta!
