Problems with my hackintosh.

Recently, i just tried out hackintosh on my acer aspire laptop. I simply got trouble with the bootloader. Most of the instructions and video from the web used the dell mini 9 and 10v for the hackintosh, and used the dellminibootloaderv8.01. I personally downloaded the bootloader and it is not applicable for my laptop. Is there any other types of bootloader that is applicable for intel and amd processor?
