So for those guys who don't know when the iPad 3 announcement is, it has been confirmed for March the 7th. So as I have mentioned in earlier posts, it will have an A6 processor which now I can be sure it is wrong! Factories producing the logic board have shown that the processor for the iPad 3 is "A5X", in my opinion, a faster and improved version of the A5 dual-core processor. We might be expecting it to be clocked at slightly above 1Ghz for gaming performance. Another rumor that is most probably going to be true is that the iPad is going to support a Retina Display of resolution of 2048x1536, and a similar DPI like the iPhone4/S.
